How to get your Google review link
These are the steps from Google's Business Profile help page. Do them once, on a computer.
- Open your Business Profile while signed in to the Google account that manages it.
- Select Read Reviews.
- Select Get more reviews.
- Select Copy to copy the review link.
- Paste it in the box above.
Where to use your review QR code
Google suggests four places:
- On your receipts.
- In thank you emails.
- At the end of a chat with a customer.
- Printed and displayed in your store.

What Google does not allow
Google says reviews "must reflect a genuine experience". Offering free or discounted goods or services in exchange for a review is "strictly prohibited". That includes asking people to change or remove a negative review.
So ask every customer the same way, and never attach an offer to the request.

Google's help page says its review QR codes can only be generated in a computer browser. If you already have the review link, this page makes the QR code on any phone.
Does a customer need a Google account to leave a review?
Yes. Google says customers must be signed in to a Google Account. They can create one with an email that is not Gmail.
Can I give a discount to customers who leave a review?
No. Google calls incentives for reviews fake engagement and strictly prohibits them, including for changing or removing negative reviews.
