Senior developers
inside your agency,
under your name.
For UK and Australian agencies with more work than developers. We join your Slack, work your tickets and ship in your repo, while you keep hiring or instead of it.
Start small. Keep who works.
Paid pilot sprint
One or two weeks on a real ticket set from your backlog, agreed in writing before we start. Fixed fee. You get merged pull requests in your repo, a handover note and a review call.
Monthly capacity
Keep the same developer on a monthly retainer: half-time, full-time, or a small pod. Billed monthly in advance, in GBP or AUD. No hourly timesheets to argue over.
Scale with notice
Add a developer with two weeks notice. Step down or stop with 30 days notice. Not happy with someone? We replace them within 10 working days.
What white-label means here.
These are written into the services agreement, not just promised on a call.
Invisible by default
We never contact your clients. We work on your email domain, or stay behind you entirely. Your client sees your agency.
NDA before repo access
Mutual NDA signed before we see a line of code. Confidentiality runs through the services agreement too.
Non-solicit both ways
You don't hire our developers directly, we don't approach your clients or staff. Twelve months, in writing.
All IP is yours
Everything we write transfers to you on payment. We don't show the work publicly without your written permission.
Your tools, your process.
Your Slack or Teams
We join your workspace. No separate channel for you to check.
Your Jira, Linear or Trello
Tickets live in your tracker, estimated and moved by us.
Your Git
Branches and pull requests in your repo, following your review rules.
Daily async update
Done, doing, blocked. Posted in your channel before your day starts.
Weekly call
A short call with your delivery lead to review the week and plan the next.
Your accounts only
Access through accounts you issue, 2FA on, removed on the day we roll off.
How we handle access, client data and offboarding: Security & data practices
Overlap we commit to in writing.
Times are in your clock and stay fixed all year. When the UK or Australia change their clocks, our hours move, not yours.
Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth: the same live window, converted to your clock. Async updates land before your working day starts.
What we're senior in.
Only what we'd defend in a technical interview with your lead. If your project needs something outside this list, we'll say so on the first call.
Remote clients. Live systems.
Aekshea Foods
B2B wholesale platform with tiered pricing enforced in the database and an EU VAT engine. Built remotely across time zones, with the client never in the same room as us.

Cross-platform mobile app for a parking services company, shipped to iOS, Android and web from one codebase. A client up to seven and a half hours ahead of us.

The ERP their factory runs on every day, from sales enquiry through production, QC and dispatch. We run production systems, not demos.

Monthly, in GBP or AUD.
The pilot is a fixed fee agreed before we start. After that you pay per developer per month, not per hour, so there are no timesheets to check line by line. We share the full rate card on the first call. Compare it with a UK or Australian hire plus recruiter fees and the months the seat sits empty, not with other offshore shops.
What agencies ask us.
We tried offshore before and it was a mess. Why would this be different?
Tell us what went wrong on the call, and we'll tell you honestly whether it would happen here. Then don't take our word for it: the paid pilot is one or two weeks on your real tickets, in your repo, so you find out before committing to a month.
Won't the time zone get in the way?
We commit to a fixed overlap window in your local time and put it in the contract: London 10:00 to 14:00 daily, Sydney and Melbourne 11:00 to 14:00. Outside that, a written update lands in your channel before your day starts.
How do we know the quality is good before we sign?
Three ways. Review code the developer has written before, have your lead do a technical call with them, and run the pilot. The person on the call is the person who does the work.
Will you ever contact our clients?
No. We never contact your clients, and we don't show the work publicly without your written permission. It's in the services agreement, alongside a 12 month non-solicit that runs both ways.
How do you handle security and our clients' data?
NDA before repo access, access only through accounts you issue, 2FA everywhere, no client code on personal machines, and an offboarding checklist when we roll off. We sign a data processing agreement when we touch personal data. The full list is on our security page.
We only need someone for three weeks.
That's what the pilot sprint is for. One or two weeks, fixed fee, on your tickets. If you need us again later, the same developer picks it up.
How is pricing structured?
A fixed fee for the pilot, then per developer per month, invoiced monthly in advance in GBP or AUD. Half-time, full-time or a small pod. Minimum three months after the pilot, then rolling monthly with 30 days notice.
Got a backlog
and an empty seat?
Twenty minutes is enough to tell whether a pilot makes sense. Tell us your stack and what's running late, and we'll scope one on the call.
