Questions US clients ask.
How do you handle the timezone difference?
We keep 8am–1pm EST (1pm–6pm IST) free for real-time communication. Morning standup calls, PR reviews, and demos all happen in this window. Async Slack fills the rest.
Are you on Upwork or only direct?
Both. We have an Upwork profile for clients who prefer that layer of protection, and we work direct for clients who want to avoid the platform fee. We'll recommend whichever de-risks the engagement for you.
What happens if the project goes over scope?
We don't start building without an agreed spec. If new requirements emerge mid-project, we scope and price them separately before adding them — no surprise invoices.
Can I get references from US clients?
