The thinking

Purpose before pixels.

A support-operations concept designed to reduce the number of places an agent must check during a customer conversation. Tickets, messages, customer history, reusable answers, and workload reporting fit within a coherent interface. AI assistance is positioned as a draft-and-review tool, not as a replacement for agent judgment.

Business context

Support teams lose context when customer conversations, order history, internal knowledge, and reporting sit in separate tools. Repetitive queries consume time, while complex or sensitive cases require human judgment and traceable handoff.

Concept approach

Threadkeep depicts a support inbox, conversation workspace with internal information, knowledge-base management, and team analytics. The AI component is intentionally narrow: draft suggestions and contextual guidance that an agent can review before sending.

Designed capabilities

  • 01Unified ticket inbox. Queue statuses, priorities, and ownership keep service work organized.
  • 02Conversation workspace. Message timeline, customer information, internal notes, and reply composition share one view.
  • 03Agent-assist suggestions. Draft response support remains under human control in the proposed workflow.
  • 04Knowledge-base management. Help articles can be grouped, reviewed, and kept available for repeated questions.
  • 05Support operations reporting. Trends and service measures provide context for coaching and staffing decisions.

A connected journey

From first step to next action.

A ticket enters the shared inbox → the agent opens the conversation → reviews customer history and a suggested answer → checks relevant knowledge content → replies or escalates → reporting later summarizes queue health.
