The thinking

Purpose before pixels.

A B2B sales workflow concept showing how lead capture, qualification, assignment, and multistep outreach can be organized in one place. Sales reps can inspect individual leads and next steps, while managers can see where opportunities come from and how pipeline performance changes across stages.

Business context

Salespeople frequently receive leads from several sources without a reliable view of urgency, owner, status, or next step. Prospects go stale when a follow-up sits in individual inboxes, and managers struggle to tell whether outreach is converting.

Concept approach

LeadPilot demonstrates a sales overview, tabular lead pipeline, multistep sequence editor, and conversion reporting. The design centers on a measurable path from a new prospect to qualification, a planned touchpoint, and pipeline impact rather than presenting AI as unexplained magic.

Designed capabilities

  • 01Lead intake and scoring. Priority statuses and sample scores make the qualification process visible.
  • 02Rep-level ownership. Lead lists include responsible owners, sources, statuses, and next actions.
  • 03Follow-up sequence design. A multistep editor shows email, waiting periods, conditions, and personalization stages.
  • 04Activity visibility. Recent lead activity and tasks highlight why a rep should act today.
  • 05Funnel analysis. Channel and stage views illustrate how teams could inspect volume and conversion.

A connected journey

From first step to next action.

A new inquiry appears → a rep reviews contextual information and a suggested priority → assigns ownership → selects a follow-up sequence → checks response and qualification trends.
