Hovaro
A consumer marketplace concept built around finding a service, comparing options, booking, and managing the appointment.
The thinking
Purpose before pixels.
A service marketplace design concept that follows the customer from discovery to booking management. The experience presents service categories and options, makes the scheduling and order summary explicit, and gives customers a clear view of upcoming and previous appointments.
Business context
Marketplace customers need confidence about what a service includes, who will provide it, when it will happen, and the total cost. Friction grows when discovery, scheduling, payment, and post-booking management have different interaction patterns.
Concept approach
Hovaro demonstrates a customer homepage, service exploration, booking-and-payment screen, and booking history. It deliberately does not turn into a service-provider admin dashboard: the four screens tell one continuous consumer journey.
Designed capabilities
- 01Service discovery. Search and category entry points organize the home-services catalogue.
- 02Comparison context. Clear service descriptions, price cues, provider information, and package differences.
- 03Booking details. Date, time, location, selected service, and cost are visible before confirmation.
- 04Payment review. Checkout separates order items, fees, and payment options rather than hiding total cost.
- 05Post-booking management. Upcoming and prior bookings include status and appointment information.

A connected journey
From first step to next action.
A customer opens Hovaro → searches for home cleaning or another service → reviews the available package → selects a date, time, and address → checks the total → sees the booking in their account.
