The thinking

Purpose before pixels.

A marketing team workspace concept showing how campaign planning, creative collaboration, publication scheduling, and reporting could fit together. By connecting calendar context with review history and performance views, the design makes multi-channel marketing work easier to understand and manage.

Business context

Campaign work moves between briefs, spreadsheets, chat approvals, creative folders, and channel-specific reporting. Teams need visibility into what is scheduled, which asset version has approval, and what the campaign is intended to accomplish.

Concept approach

Mavenry combines a campaign-level overview, content calendar, creative review studio, and analytics. The focus is team coordination and purposeful review gates: who owns an asset, when it goes live, and what information a marketer will review after publication.

Designed capabilities

  • 01Campaign overview. Budget, channel, status, timeline, and sample outcome measures in one planning view.
  • 02Content calendar. Day-by-day publishing plans show status, owner, and channel in context.
  • 03Creative review. Assets, revisions, reviewer notes, and approvals are visible together.
  • 04Cross-channel reports. Campaign performance compares sources and results without forcing the user through separate tools.
  • 05Decision support. Illustrative recommendations are framed as prompts for marketers to assess, not automated guarantees.

A connected journey

From first step to next action.

A marketer opens the campaign plan → schedules channel content → sends a creative for review → records stakeholder feedback → checks sample performance and decides what to adjust.
