Is this a generic ERP or built for our specific process?
We start from a working reference system already built for a nine-stage powder-metallurgy process — blending through dispatch — and adapt it to your SKUs, machines, shift patterns, and buyer list. It is not a template you configure from scratch; it is a platform we tailor.
Where does our data live?
On your own server. The full stack is open-source and self-hosted on your own hardware or private cloud — factory LAN for daily operations, VPN with two-factor for remote admin access. Nothing routes through a third-party SaaS vendor, and you own the source code outright.
What happens if the factory WiFi drops mid-shift?
The supervisor tablet app runs offline-first. Entries queue locally and sync automatically once WiFi returns, so a network drop never stops production logging.
How do you price the build?
Two small steps before any commitment: a paid Floor Assessment (₹15,000, 3 days) diagnosing what actually needs fixing, then a Solution Blueprint (₹35,000, 1 week) that delivers a clickable prototype with your product names and a fixed-price quotation — credited in full against the build. The build itself is fixed-price, milestone-billed, starting from ₹1,75,000 for a single module.
Can different roles see different data?
Yes. Three roles, three views: supervisors see only their assigned batch on a floor tablet, office sees live status across the whole floor, and only the owner/admin sees cost and pricing data. Every login and action is audited with user, device, GPS, and timestamp.
