Weftly
A messaging-led selling workspace linking customer conversations, order context, campaigns, and revenue insight.
The thinking
Purpose before pixels.
An omnichannel sales concept that organizes customer messaging and buying context in a single workspace. Teams can understand inquiries, examine related order information, draft segmented campaigns, and inspect illustrative attribution views. The design focuses on the working relationship between conversation, follow-up, and purchase.
Business context
Brands often sell through a patchwork of social messages, WhatsApp threads, and order spreadsheets. An agent may know what a customer asked but not whether that conversation produced an order, while campaign managers cannot easily connect outreach with responses.
Concept approach
Weftly shows a sales workspace, unified conversation inbox, campaign studio, and revenue attribution reporting. The interfaces treat conversations as the central record with customer context, channel cues, follow-up actions, and campaign performance around them.
Designed capabilities
- 01Shared omnichannel inbox. Messages from different channels are organized by contact and status.
- 02Conversation commerce. A dialogue can be viewed with customer details, product context, and related order information.
- 03Campaign preparation. A campaign studio shows selection, content, preview, and schedule decisions.
- 04Revenue attribution. Reporting links example campaigns and customer activity to downstream order outcomes.
- 05Operational handoffs. Owners, priority, and response context help sales and support collaborate.

A connected journey
From first step to next action.
An inquiry arrives through a social channel → a team member reviews the customer and order context → answers or prepares a quote → adds a customer to an appropriate outreach segment → reviews illustrative campaign and revenue signals.
