Arcloom
A visual integration environment built around comprehensible workflows, approvals, execution traces, and connections.
The thinking
Purpose before pixels.
A concept for operational teams designing and supervising multi-step business automation. It demonstrates workflow composition, execution visibility, failure inspection, and connected-app management. Instead of treating AI automation as a decorative flowchart, the experience shows the information required for practical control and support.
Business context
Teams can automate the happy path but still struggle to understand failures, authorizations, retries, and ownership. A credible workflow-automation product must show not only nodes on a canvas but also how runs are monitored and debugged.
Concept approach
Arcloom centers the workflow canvas while giving equal attention to executions and integration state. Its four screens are workspace overview, visual builder, run history/debugger, and connected-app management. The integrated geometric identity keeps the tool distinctive without separate promotional graphics.
Designed capabilities
- 01Visual flow design. Triggers, transformations, conditional branches, and downstream actions arranged as an understandable process.
- 02Execution trace. Each run has a status and inspectable step history, including failure context.
- 03Connected-app inventory. Permissions and connection states clarify which systems a workflow depends on.
- 04Approvals and exceptions. Operations teams can identify blocked or risky steps rather than treating automation as invisible.
- 05Workspace observability. Workflow health, errors, and recent activity support realistic operating decisions.
Inside the experience.

A connected journey
From first step to next action.
An operator identifies a repeated task → opens or drafts a workflow → connects relevant apps → inspects a sample execution → reviews failure details or permissions before expanding the automation.
